In our search for a clutch that can take the abuse of Hard street, track and HPDE/Auto-X , Drive smooth and last a very long time we came up with the ZSpeed TZR
This clutch features a very light weight disk for super quick shifting! A lighter clutch disk allows the syncronizers in the trans to mesh easier at high RPM allowing quick, effortless shifts
The TZR Clutch disk weighs only 2.5 LBS, nearly half the weight of a full faced sprung hub clutch disk.
A Segmented kevlar lining provides quick cooling of the disk when driving to the limit or on those long track days.
This kit will give you all the advantages of a puck disk without sacrificing clutch life and drive-ability!

The New generation Segmented Kelvar material used in the TZR clutch kit is not the old kevlar that can easily glaze, This new generation Long strand Kevlar material is segmented for better heat dissipation, Highly resistant to glazing, Will handle hard use and an excellent choice for smooth operation in high powered cars even with heavy track or Auto-X use.
Due to the rigid hub clutch design this can cause some trans chatter noise (only under 2500rpm) under load. In our experience you are hardly ever in this range accelerating and is seldom heard.

We offer this clutch in 2 stages to fit most anyones needs.
Stage 1
Retains close to stock feel at the pedal. Recommended for cars up to 450 RWTQ for daily use or light track/HPDE
Stage 2
Firmer pedal feel than stage 1, Recommended for Daily street, HPDE, Track or Auto-X up to 700 RWTQ
Break-in period of 500-1000 miles during which slippage may occur. Care must be taken during this period not to overheat from excessive slipping. We strongly recommend no more than 1/2 throttle and no hard launches during this time.
